Prismatic Barrier. Lucent Singularity is a very strong ability of Lux in order to build up a lead and dominate your opponents. The passive is called 
Illumination and there is no need to set it manually on a Lux Build.
Lux's damaging spells charge the target with energy for a few seconds. Lux's next attack ignites the energy, dealing bonus magic damage (depending on Lux's level) to the target.
